Guide to Essential Oils and Aromatherapy Techniques That May Help With Your Efforts to Quit Smoking
Now that we're heading into the middle of January, a number of well-intended resolutions have become a thing of the past for many people. If you're trying to quit smoking, don't give up. As a former smoker, I intimately understand how difficult it can be to quit smoking. It requires a lot of willpower and determination at any time of the year, and few people are able to completely quit "cold turkey" without any discomfort or withdrawal symptoms.
Once you've quit, no matter what strategies that you used to assist you, you will have a huge reason to pat yourself on the back!
Aromatherapy is not a miracle cure that will magically eliminate all of your cravings and withdrawal symptoms. But... sensibly using essential oils may play an especially helpful role in your effort to quit smoking.
A year ago, I composed a detailed article that describe a number of essential oils and techniques including those I personally used when I quit several years ago. Combined with other smoking cessation techniques, aromatherapy can help increase your chances of quitting and staying quit.

Hello
Very encouraging article, given that I am in the middle of the process. It is not the first time I quit smoking, in the past I have done it cold turkey, this time though, it seems I didn't have enough will power(probably because my boyfriend is a smoker and seeing him smoking while I was trying to stay away didn't help much). Having that failed I decided to reduce the amount of cigarettes every day. At the moment I have reached the number of 6 a day-comparing to 30 a day:). I am very happy to see I can use aromatherapy to come in my help and I am very grateful for finding this information. Thank you!
